Angstrom Loudspeakers (Hereinafter referred to as Angstrom) hereby warrants all Angstrom products sold by
Angstrom authorized resellers in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

Warranty Period:
Home                         7 years parts and labor
Powered                    1 year parts and labor
On wall                       7 years parts and labor
In wall/In ceiling        Limited lifetime

Breadth of Warranty:
From the date of original purchase and for the respective periods specified above, Angstrom agrees to repair or
replace at its sole expense, all Angstrom products which are defective in material and /or workmanship.

Exclusions:
This Warranty does not apply with respect to the following:
1.  Defects or damage caused by abuse, misuse, negligence or failure to observe the instructions obtained in
the manual furnished at the time of original purchase.
2.  Damage caused during shipment or handling
3.  Defects or damage caused by accident, fire, flood, lightening or other acts of God.
4.  Products which have their serial numbers altered or removed.
5.  Products which have been altered or repaired by anyone other than Angstrom or an Angstrom authorized
service depot, in a manner which has affected their performance, stability or reliability.
6.  Accessories attached to or to be used with Angstrom products such as (cables, remote controls, batteries
etc.) These items are covered under the warranty for a period of 90 days.
7.  Packing materials.
8.  Maintenance, cleaning or periodic check-ups
9.  Adjustments or alteration required for compatibility with conditions prevailing foreign countries.
10. This equipment is intended for consumers' use and is not designed for continuous or commercial use.  In the
event that this equipment is used commercially or continuously, the Warranty period is limited to 90 days.
11. Burnt voice coils (“blown speakers”) are not a manufacturer's defect and thus are not covered under
warranty.

Obtaining Warranty Service:
To obtain Warranty service, take or ship your Angstrom product to Angstrom or to an Angstrom authorized service
center, together with a note describing your complaint and your copy of the dated purchase receipt.  If you choose to
ship your Angstrom product to Angstrom, all shipping arrangements must be made by you and all shipping charges
and insurance must be fully prepaid.  Any Angstrom product shipped in its entirety must be shipped in its original
carton.  All return shipping charges for Angstrom products which have been serviced under this Warranty will be paid
by Angstrom.

Limitations:
This Warranty is made by Angstrom subject to the following limitations:

1. This Warranty is valid only within Canada and in the USA.  To be covered by this Warranty the Angstrom    
product concerned must have been originally purchased in Canada or  the USA and the person seeking
Warranty service must reside in Canada or the USA.

2.  Angstrom shall have no liability for incidental or consequential damages. The responsibility of Angstrom under
this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of defective Angstrom products by Angstrom or an
Authorized Angstrom Service Center.  

3.  This Warranty is valid only with respect to repairs effected by Angstrom or an Angstrom authorized service
center.

4.  All warranties other than the express warranty herein contained including but not limited to any implied
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to the applicable
warranty period indicated above.
